Dr Mounir Ayache joined Dr Prem and the team at Summit Medical Group in early 2015. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine in Kharkov, Russia in 1997, and additionally holds a FRACGP. Having relocated from Sydney with his young family, he has extensive experience in all aspects of General Practice gained both in NSW, and in various roles across rural communities in the Northern Territory.

His areas of special interest are men’s health, family medicine, paediatrics and minor surgery. In addition, Mounir is able to consult in English, Russian and Arabic.

In line with the clinic’s commitment to teaching, Mounir has recently been formally accredited as a secondary GP Supervisor, a role which he enjoys immensely.

Mounir consults at the clinic in a full-time capacity.

Away from the clinic, Mounir enjoys spending time with his young family and fishing when he can find a quiet moment.
